We are looking for dedicated, compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide high-quality care to our residents. If you are passionate about senior care and looking for a supportive work environment, we want to hear from you!
Open Positions
• Day Shift LVN: (12-hour shifts)
• Evening Shift LVN: (8-hour shifts)
Key Responsibilities
• Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and care.
• Monitor resident health status and provide updates to the clinical team.
• Supervise and support CNAs to ensure excellent resident service.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
Requirements
• Valid LVN license in the state of Texas.
• Strong clinical skills and a heart for long-term care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

My name is Gabby, and I’m the Activity Director at Lubbock LTC. I’m reaching out to ask for your help in supporting something very special for our residents.With the help of Texas Game Wardens, we are planning a fishing trip on April 24, 2026 for our residents, along with those from Lakeridge, Slaton Care Center, and Post Nursing.If you’ve ever been around a nursing home, you know that many of these individuals don’t often have the opportunity to get out, enjoy new experiences, or meet new people. This trip is something they are truly looking forward to, and we want to make it as memorable as possible.
We are currently accepting donations for:
• Food: Hot dogs & chips
• Drinks: Water & water flavoring
Even just volunteering and visiting with someone.A huge thank you to Gentiva Hospice and Beyond Faith Hospice for already stepping in to support this event—we truly appreciate you!If you would like to donate or help in any way, please contact me.
