Story Book Drama is truly one of my favorite Sing Play Learn programsโ€”and itโ€™s easy to see why! โœจ

Our campers have been exploring the magic of theatre all week through hands-on play and creativity:

๐ŸŽญ Creating props with play-dough
๐Ÿ”ค Practicing action words with magnet letters
๐Ÿ“š Telling stories with books and puppets
๐Ÿชž Exploring facial expressions in mirrors

We learned about settingโ€”where a story takes placeโ€”and worked hard to bring our stage to life with creativity and imagination. ๐Ÿ–๏ธ๐Ÿ ๐ŸŒŠ

We practiced showing emotions with our faces and explored how characters tell their story on stageโ€”through costumes, props, and using their bodies to show thoughts and feelings.

The highlight of the day? Creating our costumes! ๐Ÿ‘—๐ŸŽฉ

Welcome to Sing! Play! Learn! My name is Beth Lindley and I am passionate about early childhood education and music. I am a certified teacher, and I have fifteen years of experience with early childhood education in both public and private schools. Teaching music to preschoolers combines my love of music and early childhood education!

What To Expect: Singing, Dancing, Finger Plays, Rhymes, Chants, Instruments, Puppets, Music Games and Pretend Play.
