I am here to help you with challenges you are facing in your life. If you are having a difficult time handling changes or circumstances, counseling can be beneficial. I have experience working with but not limited to issues of anxiety, depression, grief, parenting, and life transitions. I offer a safe atmosphere and confidential setting to provide counseling services to adults and children. Please contact me for more information or with any questions you may have. I have a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Lubbock Christian University and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Wayland Baptist University.
