Happy 😁, but annoyed😠...

The government has changed the food pyramid to look almost exactly as I have eaten for the last 14 years, and how I have been coaching others to eat for the last 10.

🔥I lost 180 lb and have overcome food addictions eating this way. My students have also had amazing results with fat loss, muscle gain, and control of diabetes and autoimmune disorders.

While I'm glad that average man on the street now has access to this knowledge, I want to make it very clear that the government, and the medical systems, and the schools are always easily 15 to 30 years behind the actual state of the science. 🧬😠

You can use less willpower if you create an environment that supports your goals.

For example, the only food that I have in my refrigerator is what I'm going to eat this week, and it's already cooked, and it's already in containers that are single serve. All I have to do is pull it out, put it on the plate, microwave it, and eat it.

This means that when I'm hungry I don't have to choose what I'm going to eat. When I'm hungry I don't have to wait and cook the food. When I'm hungry I don't put extra food on my plate because the food is already in the right portion size.

This is decreasing friction.

Some of you are going to lose "weight" and it will be fat, muscle, and organ tissue! 😱

You cannot JUST be in a calorie deficit if you want to lose fat ⚖️, keep or gain muscle 💪, and truly improve your health ❤️‍🩹.

Losing "weight" does not necessarily mean you get healthier.

This is a great way the see if your core training in the gym is actually functional 💪🦵🏋️‍♀️.

If your doing situps, you might struggle with paddleboarding.

If you think a situp is good core training, I think you better reach out to me and learn to do better!

Stand up paddleboarding, first time!
This has been a dream of mine since I met and talked to Mark Sisson about it back in 2013.

I did well 🤗. Didn't fall. Practiced getting in and out of the water, and up and down on the board, and making long turns and sharp turns. And then I felt I was so good 🤪 that I took the camera out with me!

Velvet, at Suplbk was a good and patient teacher.

This is a great way the see if your core training in the gym is actually functional 💪🦵🏋️‍♀️. If your doing situps, you might struggle with paddleboarding. If you think a situp is good core training, I think you better reach out to me and learn to do better!
