I saw a post yesterday in a large mullein group online offering free mullein that had appeared in an old garden. Ironically it was just a few miles away! This kind gentleman cut all of this down and left it for me to pick up after work. Finding so much gratitude and love in community, and being given the opportunity to utilize and source locally. Lots of garbling and processing ahead! Look for some awesome supportive local mullein products to be coming in the future🌿🕊🌼🌐🐉🤲🌿

Sharing this morning with the Sweetgrass has brought me to ponder Honorable Harvesting, and how deeply special it is. Approaching the life around us with intention, communication, and love. Do you ever see the plants waving at you in the stillness? Our little allies. Light reflects off plant life, traveling through the cornea and pupil, finding the lens of the retina, to create the truest green ever known. For it is all seen by light. Shapes and sizes intricately arranged for each species. Everything connects in a deep rhythmic symbiosis. Organic rainbows of color, structured in the ethers by ultimate precision. Rising from the core through layers of support holding space for us on the surface. Thank you, Mother Earth. Thank you for holding this space, as we collectively, and individually, experience this journey of life🌿🌿🌿

These past 2 weeks I have been using a St John's Wort tincture I made last year to help support depression, mood regulation, inner peace, & happiness. After a few days I noticed extreme improvement. There are times I find myself resisting what I need, and putting myself in a position of a internal battle with self. Justifying daily routines and becoming numb to the repeat that doesn't serve my highest good. Sometimes we have to pull our self out, restructure, and commit. I am grateful for the strength and courage I have found within to sit with self and honor my needs.

I haven't felt this happy since I was a child.

Humbly acknowledging power. How much we truly carry within, and how to be comfortable owning, sharing, and balancing it while living and interacting in this world.

I have been receiving a lot of positive feedback these past few weeks.

Sharing an experience with permission from a friend🕊

Lynda is one of my dear friends from Pomorski's. She has arthritis in her hands and struggles to move them upon waking, making it difficult to even pour water into her coffeepot.
