Yoga with Kendra

Yoga with Kendra Kendra is a RYT200 through Yahweh Yoga, trauma sensitive yoga and Yin training through Yoga Faith. Yoga with Kendra is about community. I hope that you join us!

You are encouraged to set your busy life aside for an hour to position your heart to draw closer to God while moving through the poses that strengthen your body. There is no competition in this safe space. This is not about flexibility. It is about being grateful for today and starting from where you are. Christian focused yoga offers opportunity to worship God in a different way-- connecting mind

, body and soul. Learning to practice "the pause" so that you can listen for God's voice is beautiful. It restores us as we try to balance the business of life. When we learn to love and care for ourselves we can better love and care for others. Creating this time for yourself is a gift. I hope it opens your life in new and beautiful ways. Worshiping God is not just for Sundays. We can invite Him into every part of our life. As you practice spending time with God on your mat, may you begin to take your new awareness and faith out into the world to share with others. I will be saving a space for you.

Thank you for 8 years of beautiful practices, friendship and community. We have had some amazing moments, haven’t we? Last night definitely touched me deeply. You have been the gift through it all as we have worked hard to show up for ourselves, being authentic and vulnerable. I have been the teacher, but I feel like I have gained the most. This is not the end, but a pause. Let’s continue to honor the journey we are on while we open our hands to welcome the new doors yet to come. Selah. My practice will always honor yours.💜💙🩵🙏🏼
