Everyone is back from their holiday breaks and eager to start working with new clients. All of us have availability!

We are accepting new clients as all of our therapists have some availability.

Rebecca has some openings for daytime appointments.
Brianna has a limited openings for late afternoon appointments.
Lillie is a new pre-licensed provider and has open availability for in-person appointments.
Danielle has availability for virtual appointments. Please note that she will be taking a break in December, as she is graduating from intern status to a licensed provider (congratulations!). It will take some time for her paperwork to be completed. Anyone working with her will be placed "on hold" for a few weeks. Lillie and Rebecca are able to cover if someone needs to be seen during that time. We expect that in mid-January her availability will be open.

Keeping Kids Safe Online Starts at Home

Technology opens doors for kids—but it also brings risks parents need to know about. Many popular apps may look harmless but can expose children to strangers, bullying, explicit content, or hidden activity.

We put together a list of “Apps Parents Should Know” to help you start the conversation with your kids. This is not a complete list, but it’s a good starting point to understand what your child may be using.

Tips for Parents:
• Check the apps installed on your child’s devices.
• Set boundaries for screen time and online interactions.
• Talk often about who they connect with and what’s safe to share.
• Stay updated—new apps appear all the time, and features change quickly.

Open communication is the most effective safety tool. Let your kids know you’re not trying to invade their privacy—you’re protecting them.
