We are about the journey toward happiness. A key ingredient for happiness is wellness. Our mission is to help you find the tools to invite more happiness into your life. Through education, fitness, inspiration and creating new experiences we want to help you get there! We offer nutritional suggestions & counseling, natural remedies ideas, stress relief, emotional healing, healthy cooking/eating instruction and more. Our adventures can include yoga, standup paddleboarding, hiking, surfing, snowboarding, fitness hula hooping, belly dancing, kayaking, travel and new experiences! We believe that everyone is an individual so we customize a plan to fit YOUR needs. We are open minded people and for us the sky is the limit, so if you have an idea and need a little help bringing it to fruition, contact us...we want to talk to you and HELP!!:-)

We also offer small group workshops- workplace, bachelor/bachelorette, birthdays, family gatherings...WELLNESS is a gift to anyone!! Build healthy foundations with your friends, family and co workers, you all unite in a common goal and it creates happiness. Besides it makes it easier to have buddies on the path!!:-)

Nature gifted me a great horned owl feather this morning. That was super cool! These owls live 20-30 years, only weight 3-5 lbs and and a have a soft coat of feathers (like this one) to insulate them from the cold! This was an inspiring gift... I've been working to navigate the ebb and flow of life alot lately. It's a challenge and it's beautiful...we are so blessed to be humans with all of our experiences and crazy emotions. My heart is grateful for this Earth experience- even when it makes me wanna cry and scream...because those times balance out the giggle fests, dancing with joy and all of it.
