We are thrilled to announce the 14th Annual Get Your PINK On 2025!

Please join us at Ludlow Country Club on Saturday, February 8th!

All proceeds will go to the Cancer Care Patient Fund at the Massachusetts General Hospital at Cooley Dickinson Health Care.

Since 2009, Get Your PINK On has helped raise over $140,000 to support local patients and families by providing direct financial assistance, available for specific financial hardships because of a cancer diagnosis or treatment. Perhaps a patient requires special equipment or needs help to pay for transportation to get to their treatments. Or something as simple as providing a wig when chemotherapy causes a patient to lose their hair, or important patient services that are not covered by insurance, and many other components that make an enormous impact on patients and their families. Unfortunately, none of us can go through life untouched directly or indirectly by cancer. For our 2024 event, we surpassed our goal of $10,000, raising nearly $12,000! This is why this year we are committed to raising $15,000, but we can’t do it without your help.

You’ll find information about our sponsorship packages for this important fundraising event that supports this critical cancer care patient fund. All donations are sincerely appreciated and your tax deductible support will be recognized at our sold-out event, in our event program, and on social media.

Legacy Counsellors is looking for new committee members for the 2025 Get Your Pink On event!

Our 2025 Get Your Pink On event is scheduled for February 8th at the Ludlow Country Club.

Since 2009, Get Your Pink On has helped raise over $140,000 to support patients and families by providing direct financial assistance, available for specific financial hardships due to a cancer diagnosis or treatment. All proceeds go to the Cancer Care Patient Fund at the Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center at Cooley Dickinson Health Care. The 2024 Get Your Pink On event raised $12,000, and we hope to surpass that for 2025!

Each year we greatly appreciate the generous donations, sponsorships, and overall support of the event. For 2025, we are in search of additional new members to join the Get Your Pink On Committee. Some tasks needed from members would be:
1. One 30-minute to 1-hour meeting per month to discuss progress on tasks / delegate tasks.
2. Time to reach out via email to potential sponsors / potential donors for raffle baskets.
3. Attend the event the day of and help out with setting up that afternoon prior to the event.

Patty’s Bosom Buddies

When Art’s sister, Pat Jones was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2009, we formed Patty’s Bosom Buddies and participated in the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer Boston in her honor. Since then - along with many individuals and businesses - we have raised over $100,000 for cancer, and we are so very grateful!

We continue to fundraise for cancer because we know too many people who have struggled with, and been affected by this awful disease. In 2015, we lost two family members and a friend to cancer. And since then, another family member and another friend were diagnosed with cancer.

In 2016 we announced we would expand our efforts in raising funds to support all types of cancers. We are deeply grateful for the important work that the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer supports and are proud to have designated the Avon Foundation as the recipient for previous fundraisers.
