Friends, if you miss Ludlow Pharmacy, please take 5 minutes to make a call to the legislative hotline. Communities across KY are losing their pharmacies at an alarming rate and it needs to stop. Senate Bill 188 will help protect pharmacies and patient choice.

1) call the Legislative Hotline 1-(800) 372-7181
2)ask for your message to be delivered to all REPRESENTATIVES.

- Please support Senate Bill 188, which is crucial to the survival of independent pharmacies in KY.

*And please express any feelings you have about your personal experience with pharmacy closures. *

HI friends! We need your help to save Independent Pharmacies in KY. Unfortunately, Senate Bill 188 is too late to help Ludlow Pharmacy and the other 67 KY pharmacies that have closed in the last 2 years due to unfair PBM practices, but it is crucial to the survival of the rest.

All we need is 5 minutes of your time.
To help: call the Legislative Hotline 1-800-372-7181.
After giving your info, please ask the operator to deliver your message to all 38 Senators.

" I am requesting your support for SB 188 and I am urging you to push for SB 188 to be heard in the Banking & Insurance Committee"

--- It would be extra helpful if you could mention how losing your community pharmacy, Ludlow Pharmacy, has negatively impacted your access to healthcare.----

The PBMs are spending oodles of money to prevent this Bill from being heard. We cannot let them win!

⚠️ See our previous post for the updated article including additional manufacturers of eye drops being recalled. The Leader brand, which we carried is now included along with other major retailers house brands.

🔷 While the FDA has not received any adverse event reports, they recommend proper disposal of all included brands.
