We had a wonderful time celebrating our September birthdays with a party full of laughter, good food and great company!

We enjoyed fresh paninis and delicious cake as we honored some very special people. 🥳💛

🎈 Ray, Barbara, Helen, Tony, Carole, Denise and Norm joined the fun in the party room, while Regina and John enjoyed their birthday treats later in the comfort of their rooms. 🙂 🍰

🐴 Wonder in the Courtyard 🌾💞

Our courtyard transformed into a magical meadow as two beautiful horses trotted in for an unforgettable visit. 🐎✨

Our beloved residents, staff and visiting families delighted with laughter as they enjoyed petting, brushing and giving sweet horsey kisses to these gentle giants. 💋🐴

🌿 An Outing Worth Remembering 🦚🍷

Christa, Carole, Adele, Gail, Harriet, Claudette, Penny and Mary Ellen enjoyed a fantastic midweek escape exploring the stunning Wickham Park in Manchester, CT.

🌸🌍🏙️ This hidden gem is known for its themed gardens and breathtaking views of Hartford.

We strolled through English, Scottish, Irish and Oriental gardens, 🦚 fed peacocks in the aviary and soaked in the serenity from shaded benches with friends. 💐

Our beloved residents then lunched in style at the trendy Maggie Mcfly's of Brookfield , known for its eclectic vibe and huge, fresh menu. 🍔🥩🍲 Just when we thought the day couldn’t get better… we made it back just in time for Wine Down Wednesday. 🍷😉

🖋️ Hidden Dots, Hidden Genius 🎨🏡

🖊 📃 We celebrated one of our amazing residents at our monthly featured artist series—Frank, whose intricate pen and ink drawings have captured hearts and memories one tiny dot at a time, wowed us with his artistic abilities.

✍️ Frank has always loved art and originally wanted to become a landscape architect. ✨ He has enjoyed sharing his creativity by making commissioned stipple portraits of cherished family homes and historical spaces. 🏡 🖼

Frank continues to create in his Keystone studio, turning everyday places into timeless treasures—one dot at a time.

It was heartwarming watching other residents discover that their neighbors are incredibly talented. 🎨🎉

🚂 When Time Slows Down and the Wheels Keep Turning 🐴🌾

There’s something magical about the clip-clop of hooves and the creak of a wagon rolling through the countryside 🛞✨—especially when it's with the kind-hearted team at Mainely Drafts Horse and Carriage in Ludlow, MA. 🐎

Shirley, Jackie, Fran, Louise, Loretta and Linda went on this outing and Keith made the entire experience unforgettable, treating our residents like royalty with his gentle horses and genuine hospitality. 👑🐎

Just a few miles from us, this slice of rural charm felt like stepping into a simpler, slower time. 🌻

📍 Fun Fact: Ludlow has roots going back to the 1800s, and Mainely Drafts carries on that New England tradition with true Maine spirit! 🇺🇸🐴
