I am taking a Tricare client for daytime ABA services in the Hinesville/Ludowici/Fort Stewart area. I provide ABA services in the client's home or I may also be able to provide services in a day care or one of the CDCs on base. I am a solo practice BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst) at Lasting Changes, meaning that I do the assessments as well as provide the therapy myself. I have openings until around 2:30 in the afternoon, depending on where you live. ADHD can cause problems with motivation and productivity, but it's important to realize that these feelings aren't your fault!

Many times, people with ADHD feel overwhelmed, and this can lead to procrastination and avoidance. These feelings of being overwhelmed can also lead to a feeling of being bored, which can affect motivation levels.
Here are three tips to manage your ADHD:
✨ Break down projects into smaller, more manageable chunks
✨Incorporate physical movement into your day
✨Reward yourself more immediately for little steps taken towards reaching goals

You are in the doctor's office waiting quietly to be called back. Another patient comes in the waiting room playing their music on there cell phone for all to hear. What is the music to you? To them?
