Food safety: follow the 2-hour rule-get leftovers into the fridge within 2 hours.

It’s also International Epilepsy Day (Feb 9, 2026).
If you witness a seizure: Protect them from injury, turn them on their side to keep breathing clear, and time the seizure - if it lasts over 5 minutes, get medical help.

ER of Lufkin is proud to host a First Responders Appreciation Breakfast! We invite all our local police officers, firefighters, and EMS personnel to join us for a morning of appreciation, good food, and great company.
