My mom spun the wheel and the WINNERS for our fundraiser raffle for Mother’s Day are numbers 6 & 1 !!!

Thank you guys so much for supporting us in this journey and contributing to this amazing cause.
Several reached out once the raffle was full to offer extra donations so together as a community we have raised $570!!
That’s pretty fantastic if you ask me! 🤩
We plan to do more things like this in the future to donate to other nonprofit organizations who support women’s health such as our local Pregnancy Help Center!! I feel less alone through the support from our community and by raising these funds other mamas will be able to get the same support. So from the bottom of our hearts thank you so much!! 🤍🤍🤍

I’ve been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 3 years now and for all 3 years I’ve dedicated my studying hours to pre- and perinatal massage. Little did I know that getting to be a part of the journey in motherhood would carry so much meaning.
Peri•na•tal: occurring in, concerned with, or being in the period around the time of birth.

25 spots - $10/spot - 2 winners. 45 minute massage - can be prenatal or relaxation.
This will raise $250 and East Texas Massage Therapy is going to match it making the donation from our community $500.

In honor of our beautiful daughter Kya June, these funds will be donated to a nonprofit organization called Parents Left Behind. They help with grieving parents in multiple ways but most recently I had the privilege of attending a weekend retreat offered completely free of charge for grieving mothers through donations and generosity from others. I could go on and on about all that it did for me and how amazing it all was but this post is already long. 😅 just know that every second I was there I could tell how much intention, love, and care went into this retreat. To TOP IT ALL OFF there was a very sweet Licensed Massage Therapist who graciously volunteered her entire weekend to us. I think one night I was on her table at 1 in the morning.🥹 truly a superwoman. Praying that this retreat keeps growing and they’ll need a second LMT! 🤭😆

I feel more thankful than ever that I get the greatest opportunity of holding space for women in this journey. Motherhood looks so different for every mama - all walking through different seasons and stages. Mothers praying for 2 pink lines, Mothers carrying rainbow babies, mothers so excited to finally be expecting their first, mothers battling postpartum depression, mothers who need a break, mothers who are grieving.. I am only this strong because I know I have so many mothers on this journey with me. No matter what season you’re in this year on Mother’s Day weekend we want you to know you are seen and valued as a mama as well as one freaking amazing individual.

Today Brian held the fort down in office seeing clients while I drove to one of my favorite spots Relax Lab and got a 90 minute massage from the very therapist who played a huge role in inspiring me to create East Texas Massage Therapy.
I watched her chase her dreams and be an absolute boss lady all while still being the most tender and sweet soul you could ever meet. Watching her do so made me believe in myself, my dreams, and the ability to make a difference in people’s lives through quality/intentional bodywork. To this day she’s always cheering me on. I’m thankful to know her and love any chance I get to be on her table - it’s always a breath of fresh air. 🤍

And yes I was too eager to get on the table so I forgot to take a picture while the table was all pretty. But that’s real life for you! I was ready for that massage! 😆🤣

All gift certificates have a 6-month expiration date from the time of purchase. We highly recommend booking your appointment in advance to ensure availability before your certificate expires.
Please note that expired certificates cannot be redeemed.
Be sure to bring your gift certificate with you to your appointment - this applies to digital or physical certificates.

Cancellations & No-Shows:
When booking an appointment, a card is required to be kept on file. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking.
However, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (no call/no show), will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service to the card on file.

Moving forward, a card on file will be required for all appointments, whether booked online or over the phone.
