Every Saturday 10 AM - 11 AM.
Power Yoga can help with increased strength, balance, AND flexibility!
This is an all levels class with plenty of modifications and options given for students at any level.
Come try it out and bring a friend!
Consider grabbing a cup of coffee, sweet treat, or bunch at one of the surrounding shops, bakeries, or restaurants in downtown Lufkin after class!

🧘Don't have a Yoga mat or supplies?
We've got you covered at no extra charge!
Ask your instructor for any supplies you need and we will be glad to help you build your Yoga practice with mats, blocks, straps, pillows, blankets, or knee pads.
We even have eye covers for an extra relaxing Savasana or Yin practice!
We want you to feel both the strength training benefits AND the comfort that Yoga brings with all the supplies and support you need.
All you need is Y-O-U and comfortable clothing.

💙💃Thank you to all who came out to dance NIA with us today!
We had fun with NIA free dances and circle dances.
We had colored cloths and ribbons to help us to flow more freely through our dance movements!
It was so popular that we will be having another NIA workshop in the Fall!
If you were unable to attend our Summer NIA workshop, stay tuned for our Fall date, coming soon.
