✨ Lufkin Med Spa: Aesthetics + Wellness ✨

This year marks 10 years as a Nurse Practitioner and 17 years as a nurse. While aesthetics brings me so much joy, and I love the confidence it brings women, my heart has always belonged to Women’s Health. 💖

From caring for teens just beginning their journey, to supporting women through motherhood, perimenopause, and beyond — I have always been called to this work.

That is why I am so honored to announce that we are adding Gynecological Services to Lufkin Med Spa. 🩺

This isn’t about trendy add-ons or “wellness fads.” It’s about going back to what called me into nursing 17 years ago: helping women live healthier, more confident lives. We are expanding into the medical practice of Women’s Health, creating a space where women can receive evidence-based, comprehensive care that is personal, compassionate, and trustworthy.

My goals with this new addition are to:

✅ Provide comprehensive well-woman care across every stage of life

✅ Offer evidence-based screenings and treatments in a comfortable setting

✅ Educate and empower women to take an active role in their health

✅ Create a safe space for teens and young women beginning their health journey

✅ Support women through the transitions of perimenopause and menopause with treatment options that are tailored to each patient — not one-size-fits-all packages, but truly individualized care to ease symptoms, protect long-term health, and restore quality of life.

This is the heart of the “Wellness” in our name, and the first step in bringing that promise to life.

If your needs ever go beyond the scope of what we provide here, I will make sure you are referred to one of our trusted local partners — whether for obstetrical care, surgical needs, or more specialized treatment. My goal is for you to always feel supported 🤝 and guided in the right direction.

We’re Hiring a Massage Therapist!

Lufkin Med Spa is growing — and with that growth comes a need for more hands (literally)! 💆‍♀️✨

First things first: Paige is NOT going anywhere! She’s still here and still seeing her amazing clients. And Sheila is with us one Saturday a month. But even with both of them, the demand for massage is more than our current team can keep up with, which is a great problem to have!

So, we’re officially looking to add a part-time licensed massage therapist to our team!
