We're thrilled to announce another leap forward in cardiac care at CHI St. Luke's Health! Our very own Dr. Subramanya Venkata and the incredible team at the Heart Institute of East Texas are among the first in our region to utilize the innovative Abbott Contact Index Module (Ensite X 3D Mapping System) in tandem with the groundbreaking Farapulse Pulsed Field Ablation (PFA) to treat Atrial Fibrillation (AFib). ❤️

This advanced technology allows for a more precise and tailored ablation procedure for each patient. PFA, a relatively new and highly effective treatment for AFib, requires the electrodes to be in good contact with the heart tissue. The Contact Index Module provides real-time feedback to our physicians, ensuring optimal contact and a more streamlined treatment process.
