So happy to have spent the last 3 days taking Lymphatic Drainage and Scar Tissue with SMRT from my favorite teacher, Dawn Lewis! It greatly improved my lymphatic drainage massage knowledge, as well as, how scars in the bone, scarring from surgeries and joint replacements, mesh, plates, screws, sunburns, radiation and tattoos all effect the fascia and lymph drainage. I love learning and helping people! My cup is full and overflowing! I can’t wait to share and use my knowledge to improve client outcomes!

HaPPy ThanksGIVING!!!
So many gifts, blessings, and people to be thankful for.
My prayer is that each of us will recall the time when we were hungry, really starving for food or courage, poor in spirit and financially down to the least penny. Remember when you suffered loss and were alone and lonely. May it remind you of those who feel the same today and remind you of when God rescued you and provided for you in your time of greatest need. May you serve others, invite them in, share the abundance of your love, joy, peace, gifts, food, money, whatever you have to offer that has been given to you. And if you are the one that is currently in the valley, my you accept the gift that others want to give to you or cast off your pride to ask for it. Please know that I am thankful for each and everyone of you and the lessons that I have learned from or alongside of you.

I am having 2 Wim Hof Method of breathing classes at Spa 360.
One is a breathing experience on Friday, July 11th from 6-7:30pm
The other is on a Wim Hof Fundamentals workshop on Saturday, July 12th from 1-5 PM.
