Myth: Hospice is only for the last few days of life.
Fact: Hospice care is available to patients with a life expectancy of six months or less. Many families who choose hospice early say they wish they had done so sooner because of the comfort and support it provides.

Thank You, Victoria Community!

This past weekend, our staff collected an incredible amount of donations during our Hygiene Drive at Target, all benefiting VISD Connections, and we are truly overwhelmed by the generosity of our community.

As of October, VISD has 400 students experiencing homelessness, and every donation directly supports their daily needs. Your kindness helps provide stability, dignity, and hope for students who need it most.
A heartfelt thank you to Target for welcoming us and allowing us to set up and share the mission behind this important effort.
