After I had finished reading the main cards for my client this morning, we started discussing different aspects about the focus of her reading... and when she said a particular word, regarding something she was a little anxious about, The Sun fell out of my deck as I was shuffling. The Sun is pure joy, happiness, and optimism. This card was a reminder to her that everything will work out, with her happiness and satisfaction only increasing with the changes that are coming her way.

It's been 10 years since I started reading tarot, and I truly believe that this last year has been the most transformative so far when it comes to my practice. With my deck from Emile Fortune retiring from use, I had to act like the fool and take a leap of faith. I began using more tarot decks, learning more interpretations of cards that I had been reading for years. My connection with Spirit grew stronger as I learned to trust my intuition more.

I believe I'll always be learning. I find so much excitement in that. There will always be new magic, new lessons, new cards, and new friends.
