Last Friday, we welcomed a sold-out crowd to our May First Friday Luncheon, presented by Lufkin Coca Cola Bottling Company, at Crown Colony Country Club, where Charlie Glover, President & CEO of the TLL Temple Foundation, shared the future of philanthropy and regional investment across East Texas.

From strengthening healthcare through local residency programs to expanding access to capital for entrepreneurs and investing in education pipelines, the message was clear: lasting impact happens when we stay adaptable, connected, and committed to our communities.

Thank you to everyone who joined us! Hope to see you at our next First Friday Luncheon on June 5, 2026!

National Small Business Week is almost here, and this is your sign to try something new.

Join us in taking the $20 Pledge by spending $20 at a local small business you’ve never visited before. It might not seem like much, but it makes a real impact for the people pouring their time, talent, and heart into our community.

Support a dream. Strengthen our community. And you might just find your new favorite spot along the way.
