Today is Cochlear Implant Day. 💜

Cochlear implants are one of many tools that can support access to sound and spoken language. For some individuals and families, they are life-changing.

Technology is amazing.
Sign language is powerful.
AAC is valid.
Spoken language matters.
We are pro-communication in ALL forms.

Thursday Tidbit: Insurance

Insurance can be confusing—even for providers. Deductibles, co-insurance, authorizations… it’s a whole different language.
I’ve been an SLP for over a decade, but insurance billing is newer territory for me. We’re actively learning, asking questions, and navigating the system so we can take as much of that burden off our families as possible.

Our goal at Bloom Therapy ETX is always transparency, advocacy, and doing what’s best for your child—with as little stress on you as possible.

Another can’t miss fundraiser for our girl 💗💛

Caffeine Clinic will be donating all proceeds to Kinlee’s Krew

Our hearts are heavy as we come together for a very special fundraiser for a sweet little girl bravely fighting DIPG. No child should have to endure something so overwhelming, and no family should have to walk this road alone.

On February 27th from 2pm-6:30pm, our coffee trailer will be open with one purpose: 100% of all proceeds will go directly to her and her family to help ease the financial burden during this unimaginable time.

We weren't ready for another fundraiser so soon but this little girl wasn't ready to go through what she has went through so we are determined to pull this thing together! Supplies for our coffee trailer are not cheap, therefore, we are also accepting donations to help fund supplies for this fundraiser. This allows us to give as much as possible back to this precious family. Please message us to get in touch! Let's lift this family up in prayer 🙏 Please share this post!
