I saw a new patient last week because he was frustrated with another medical office. That other office was using AI to answer phone calls. He could not get past the machine to a human. Banks. Tesla. Home Depot. Lots of businesses use AI to sort phone calls. True quality medical care can’t be AI’ed.

AI does not invent anything. It cannot THINK. It’s just a fancy librarian. If the data the librarian is using is wrong, AI is unable to integrate it into something new. Dr AI Google is searching previously published “studies“ based on what? Rigged studies paid for by drug companies looking to make billions is drug sales?

AI is incapable of innovation. So don’t be afraid of it. Learn how to use it. But it’s going to be decades if ever that quality medical care will be replaced by AI.

The panic I see every day over blood pressure in my patients is very disheartening. How do I fight a multi-billion dollar propaganda machine? Blood pressure is mostly an indicator, not the bad guy. Don’t panic!

Big Pharma keeps moving the goal post. What is normal? I remember my grandmother worrying about her blood pressure. Back then “normal” was 100 + your age. When I was in medical school in the 1980’s, “normal” was 160/90. Then THEY lowered it to 140/90 around 2000. Now you are supposed to be 120/80??? Older people with hardened arteries can’t keep blood pressure up in their head when upright with that low a blood pressure!

It’s all about money! Lower “normal” blood pressure means more medications (more profits!) with side effects. The side effects list is too long to list. If you feel bad, think about what medications you are taking and why. It might be worth the side effects it if the pharmaceuticals truly fixed something. They don’t! The medications do not fix the underlying causes.

The “studies” to “prove” lower blood pressure is “best” are mostly rigged and paid for by drug companies that profit from selling more drugs.

How to lower your blood pressure naturally? Work on getting healthy! Start living like your life depended on it.

Go back to real food. No packaged processed junk. There is absolutely nothing you can buy at the convenience store except water! Even water is suspect for all the plastics. No seed oils. No processed sugars. No chemical colorings and flavorings for sure! They won’t even tell you what “natural flavors” are.

Go back to REAL whole food, made at home. Meats for quality protein, fruit, vegetables, eggs, nuts. Stuff that looks like it just came out of the farm or garden. Dairy is a problematic food a best. Focus on losing the extra weight as part of getting healthy.

Natural therapies for elevated blood pressure really do work:
Focus on increasing nitric oxide production which will lower blood pressure naturally. Many of the current popular beet supplements have other junk in them, especially the gummies!

Here’s the list:
Organic beet root powder, 1 tablespoon per day or beets in soups, stews, pickled beets or smoothies.
Magnesium glycinate 2 capsules twice daily
Ceylon cinnamon 2 capsules a day or incorporated into your food (NOT cinnamon rolls!)
De-stress your life (take care of YOU because nobody else will)
Have a purpose to get up every day
Get active, walk every day and weave exercise into your life

And don't let them scare you into overmedicating you blood pressure!

Do you really want to be doing lip fillers? The American Society of Plastic Surgeons say that 5-10% of adult women in the US have had lip fillers at least once. We have no idea what these chemicals do long term.

Lip fillers frequently contain hyaluronic acid synthetically produced by fermenting bacteria and then cross-linked chemically to make it last longer. The cross linking chemicals are such things as 1,4-butanediol diglycidyl ether, poly-L-lactic acid or calcium hydroxylapatite.

Her TikTok documenting the experience has already garnered some 20 million views.

This is a longer article about the pitfalls of benzodiazepines. Anxiety medications are definitely problematic. A Midwestern Doctor writes very interesting articles. He still stays incognito to stay out of the crosshairs of the medical establishment.
