I am now a Graston Technique Practitioner!

Graston Technique is a form of manual therapy that uses instruments with a specialized form of massage to break up scar tissue and adhesions in soft tissues. It is used to treat various conditions such as sports injuries, chronic pain, and postoperative rehabilitation.

The technique uses six court tools that are made of stainless steel and are designed to help the practitioner, identify and mobilize areas of restriction. I will be utilizing Graston technique and incorporating it in with my massage sessions!
