As the Executive Director of Ashton Manor, Stephanie devotes herself to providing excellent assisted living and memory care services to her residents. Under Stephanie’s direction, Ashton Manor was awarded the Dementia Care Specialists’ Distinguished Provider award. Stephanie has been with Schonberg & Associates for over four years. Before she joined the Schonberg team, Stephanie was a Community Relations Sales Director for an assisted living community, and an Account Executive for Amedisys Home Health. Stephanie’s professional background is in marketing, but her love and compassion for senior healthcare led her to pursue a successful career in the assisted living and memory care industry. She is trained in the Warchol Best Abilities Care Model, and uses the Allen Cognitive Assessment as an invaluable resource in caring for her memory care residents. Stephanie has one son, Tate, whom she loves spending time with outside of her professional career.
