It's Tech Thursday!

Meet Aleaya, who spends her days helping kids master life-changing skills and her free time becoming a full-time plant mom. 🌱😄

She’s been in ABA for over a year and already has big goals of becoming a BCaBA and eventually a BCBA — so clearly she enjoys keeping herself busy.

Between sessions, flowers, family time, and her dog, she somehow still manages to show up smiling like she’s got life figured out. We’re all taking notes. 🌻✨

🌻 Meet Our Newest BCBA: Alex Bergeron, BCBA, LBA! 🌻

There’s something extra special about this introduction… because Alex didn’t just join our team — she grew with us. 💛

Alex began her journey in the ABA field as one of our very own technicians, where her compassion, dedication, and natural clinical skill quickly stood out. Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of watching her grow into an incredible clinician who consistently puts clients, families, and quality care first.

Now, we are beyond excited to officially welcome her in her new role as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst & Licensed Behavior Analyst! 🎉

Alex brings:

✨ Hands-on experience across multiple skill levels
✨ A calm, supportive presence for both clients and staff

We’re growing our outdoor play space at Sunflower Blossom Therapies and are looking for gently used:

* Ride-on toys
* Slides
* Outdoor playhouses
* Balls, climbers, water tables, etc.

Fun Friday turned into a full-on water takeover—sprinklers, splashes, and just the right amount of chaos 😅

We had:
💦 kids dodging water like pros (and then running right back into it)
🌱 messy hands in the garden = 10/10 sensory win
😂 nonstop laughs, soaked clothes, and big smiles all around

Somewhere in all that fun?
Confidence. Flexibility. Social skills. Real-life learning.

But let’s be honest… today was mostly about living their best little lives 💛

With 8 years of experience in ABA, Alyssa brings both knowledge and heart to everything she does. She’s also an ordained minister, which says a lot about her compassion, patience, and dedication to serving others 💛

When she’s not at the clinic, you’ll probably find her running, soaking up the sunshine, or hiding out in the garden 🌿

While Sunflower Blossom Therapies has already been working with clients in the community, we are so excited to finally say—
we now have a place to call our own.

After months of hard work, we officially have our clinic space, and our doors are open.

This means:
✔ A dedicated environment for learning and growth
✔ More opportunities to serve families
✔ A space designed specifically for our kids to thrive

We’re proud to continue supporting the families we already serve while expanding to help even more in St. Charles Parish and surrounding areas.
