Hi friends! Things are looking good for the season this year. Some rain is always good for the blueberries. Ready to kick off the summer with a sweet treat? Try this blueberry cobbler recipe.

Preheat oven to 350* and grease 3qu baking dish w butter.

1 stick of butter, melted
1 1/4 c plus 2 T sugar
1 c self rising flour
1 c milk
2 c fresh or frozen blueberries

Whisk butter, 1 c sugar, milk and flour together. Rinse and pat dry blueberries. Pour batter into dish and sprinkle berries evenly on top. Sprinkle top w 1/4 c sugar. Bake for 50 min then sprinkle 2 T sugar on top. Bake 10 more minutes til golden and bubbly. Serve w whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
