Sixteen is such a defining space. Not a little girl anymore, not fully grown, but right in the middle of becoming. And she carried it with so much grace.

We shot at Tyrrell Park and kept finding these little pockets of light most people walked right past. Funny how that works. While everyone else filled up the “popular” areas, the best light was just sitting quietly, waiting. And it gave us the softest, most beautiful glow.

There are so many different sides to me creatively. Every time I think I’ve decided what I love most, I do one more session and I’m like… no, this is it. This is my favorite.

I don’t think I’m meant to fit into one mold. I love the art of a bowl setup, the softness, the detail… and I love the simplicity of a clean, lifestyle session.

Honestly—I just want all of it.

The sweet smell of your newborn’s cheek.
Those tiny fingers and even tinier toes…
The way their head fits perfectly in the crook of your neck.
The way they look at you like you’re their whole world.

This is parenthood.
And no matter what anyone says… it’s worth it.
Every single moment.
