Telehealth Week Update 😊

From April 20–24, all visits will be done through telehealth while our provider is working remotely.

Our office staff will still be in the office to help you with:
• Scheduling appointments
• Answering questions
• Getting you set up for your telehealth visit

We’ll be happy to see you back in person starting Monday, April 27!
