Children’s Health of Carolina, PA is a corporation comprised of four medical offices- Lumberton Children’s Clinic, Pembroke Pediatrics, Cumberland Children’s Clinic, Raeford Pediatrics. We also offer services at Robeson Child Health Plus, which is located in the Robeson County Health Department. Our offices see children from newborn through age twenty-one. We also offer specialty clinics at the Lumberton office that include cardiology, neurology, gastroenterology, asthma, allergy, behavioral health including psychiatry, obesity, genetics, and developmental evaluation. And our Lumberton office also offers night and weekend hours. We offer an after hours nurse advice line, available to all Children's Health of Carolina patients: 1.888.267.3675

It is with profound sadness that we share the news of the passing of our cherished colleague and partner, Dr. Joseph Bell, cornerstone of our Children’s Health family.
Dr. Bell was more than a partner - He was a passionate advocate for children's health, a dedicated healer, and a constant source of compassion and strength. Through years of tireless service, Dr. Bell touched countless lives, providing not only medical care but also comfort, hope, and joy to families across our community.
The legacy he leaves behind is one of kindness, integrity, and unwavering dedication to the mission of pediatric care. Though our hearts are heavy, we are uplifted by the memories we share and the impact Dr. Bell had on all of us.
On behalf of our Children’s Health family, we extend our deepest condolences to Dr. Bell’s loved ones, patients, and all who were blessed to know him. May we continue to honor his life through the work we do and the children we serve.
