Since opening in 2007, Valley Health Wellness & Fitness | Luray has been privileged to help our members pursue their fitness and wellness goals. Unfortunately, memberships at the center have never returned to pre-pandemic levels, and now the center has been closed due to the fire in the adjacent space. As a result, the difficult decision has been made to close the center permanently. Members will be contacted directly with further details about the center’s closing. Unfortunately the center's reopening date has still not been confirmed. As a result, all memberships have been put on hold and automatic payments for November will not be drawn at this time. Thank you for your patience as we work to reopen the center as quickly as possible. Please continue to check back for more updates.

Thank you for reaching out with questions about the center’s status and memberships fees.
Unfortunately, we are not yet able to share a reopening date. As always, the health and safety of our members remain our top priority. To account for the time the center has been closed, all members will receive a 50% credit toward their dues for November. If the facility is not able to reopen by November 1, additional information will be shared with our members.

We just wanted to give everyone a quick update on our current status. At the moment we are working with insurance adjusters and once they are all done with their assessments we will have a professional restoration crew come in and get our building back up to standard for reopening. So as of right now we do not have an official timeline for reopening but just know we are doing our best and moving as quickly as we can. We apologize to all of our valued members and we will update you all when we know more, but for the time being we are still closed until further notice.

Unfortunately due to the incident tonight involving the fire next door, our facility has taken on a lot of smoke that we are working on getting taken care of, so due to this we will be closed tomorrow, Friday October 14th. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. Please check back with us tomorrow for any updates on opening or closing the following day.
