Great information

Are you protecting your eyes while you work? It doesn't take much for us to feel the effects of digital eye strain, including blurry vision, dry eyes, and headaches.

If eye strain is making it difficult for you to focus on your work, follow the 20-20-20 Rule: Every 20 minutes, look up at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds. Your eyes will thank you!
