🚨🚨🚨We are currently hiring for a registered dental hygienist. 🚨🚨🚨

No corporate pressures! Seeking long term hire that exhibits strong communication skills, professionalism, passion, and positive attitude to compliment our incredible staff.

Full time or Part-time available.

Pay rate to be discussed and based on position (FT or PT) and experience.

Full time hygienist will work 4 days and receive full time employee benefits which includes:
* PTO
* Paid holidays
* 401(k) with employer percentage match
* Employee and family discount

Part-time days may be flexible for any candidate that inquires.

Office Information:
* Office hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 8 am-5 pm. Lunch hour is 12pm -1 pm. Closed Wednesdays.
* Digital x-rays and CBCT Scanner
* Eaglesoft computer software
* Established patient base and steady influx of new patients.

Responsibilities include:
* Direct patient care including educational, preventative, and therapeutic services.
* Documentation of patient treatment notes and treatment plan.
* Some accelerated hygiene with an assistant.
* Scheduling routine hygiene

🦷Happy Administrative Day! 🦷

The first smiling faces you see as you step into the office. Danielle(right) and Holly(left) provide a warm and inviting environment setting the mood for your dental care visit.

🗓️Danielle has been a part of our team since 2019. She has been in the dental field for 17years. She started at our practice as a dental assistant and now manages our office. Her knowledge and desire to help is an asset to our practice.

✏️Holly has been a part of our team since 2023. She has been in the dental field for 16 years. Holly provides a wealth of knowledge from orthodontics to general dentistry. Her kindness and bubbly personality brings so much joy to our office.

🦷 What a week of celebrating! 🦷

✨Wednesday was National Dentist’s Day!
✨ National Dental Assisting Week was also this week!

🔹Dr. Philip Ruffner graduated from VCU in 2015 and came aboard Ruffner Family Dentistry with his father, Dr. Scott Ruffner. In 2019, Dr. Philip Ruffner purchased the practice and his father was able to partially retire and enjoy his winters in Florida! Dr. Philip Ruffner has been growing his practice since!

🔹 Beth Austin (pictured on the right) has been dental assisting at our office for almost 25 years! She began her career over 30 years ago.

🔹Logan Andrew’s (pictured on the left) started assisting at our office in December 2023 and has been an assistant for 4 years.

🔹Michelle Rickard (not pictured) has been an assistant at our office for 10 years and has been assisting for almost 20 years!

✨We have an amazing staff and wonderful patients that make our practice successful! ✨
