It’s STILL not too late to move! 💪
means we show up when we can, how we can, and that includes RIGHT NOW. Even a quick session counts!

Here’s something short and effective to get your heart rate up and your mindset locked in.

Perform each move for 40-60 seconds, rest 20 seconds. Repeat 2 rounds.

- Jumping Jacks – Get the heart rate up

- Bodyweight Squats – Stay low and controlled

- Push-Ups – Modify on knees if needed

- Forearm Plank Hold – Engage your core and breathe

- Mountain Climbers – Drive those knees

Optional Round 3: Repeat your two favorite moves!
