✨ Next up on introducing our Wellness services…

We would like to formally re-introduce Heidi Schexnayder as our licensed massage therapist. 🤍

Heidi has been part of the Kinetix family for 8 years, first joining us as a PT technician. Over the past 5 years as a licensed massage therapist, she built on that foundation by completing massage therapy school and gaining additional experience in a spa setting. She’s now returned to Kinetix, bringing both clinical knowledge and refined massage skills back home.

In the mornings, she works alongside our PT team assisting with manual therapy for patients. She also offers massage sessions as a separate wellness service, focused on relaxation, stress relief, and whole-body care.

Her approach blends clinical understanding with intuitive, calming touch, helping the body release tension while supporting the nervous system and overall well-being. Whether you’re transitioning out of physical therapy, managing everyday stress, or simply craving time to unwind, her sessions are thoughtfully tailored to meet you where you are.

We’ve always believed healing doesn’t stop when physical therapy ends.

For years, our clinic has been a place where people come to recover, move better, and feel stronger, and we’re grateful to be part of so many of your stories. ✨

Today we’re excited to introduce Kinetix Wellness, the next step in how we support our community. We’re expanding into wellness services that care for the mind, body, and spirit, with offerings designed to promote relaxation, emotional balance, recovery, and everyday stress relief. True wellness is more than physical, and we’re honored to create a space that supports the whole person. 🌿

Our first addition is our Massage Chair Room, which features two zero-gravity chairs, so you can relax solo or bring someone you love and unwind together. Whether you’re wrapping up therapy, stopping in for a quick lunch break reset, or simply carving out time to unwind after a long day, you can now book a session dedicated entirely to relaxation. 🕯️

I know many of you are eager to find out our upcoming exciting news. I am a very meticulous person that pays attention to all the little details. With that being said, my current PT patients are top priority above anything else. Therefore, what I am planning is taking a little longer than originally expected. But don’t worry, I won’t leave you hanging 🙃 We have decided to do a little expanding and are now taking over the old Roussel Therapy Services suite (we miss our friends!)

It’s disheartening to see my chronic pain patients who have seen doctor after doctor, been through several rounds of PT and pain management, with little to no relief. Why is that?!? Maybe it’s because no one is addressing the emotional aspect of chronic pain. Or how about emotional trauma?!? Trust me, it exists, and I see it almost daily!! This expansion is to help bring services that address something other than our physical bodies. As cliche as it sounds, I want to help treat people as a whole: Mind, Body, and Soul. So stay tuned to see what new and exciting services we will soon be offering. 💜💚💜 - Daphne
