Due to repeated attempts of trying to work with Aetna better health, Aetna Medicaid, to fix some of the issues with their system and payments, this insurance will no longer be accepted at Luther Family Care. If you have this you have until July 1st to choose a different Medicaid insurance after this you will not be able to switch until May 1st of next year. All that is needed is to go onto your soonercare portal or call Sooner care at 405-522-6205 and ask them to change it to a different carrier. We love our patients and I’m sorry for the inconvenience. Please call the office if you need any help with this process or have any questions. I have listed the differences between the plans. Commercial Aetna and Medicare Advantage Aetna is still accepted. Notice your att phone is running slow?, an ATT line is out. I’m sorry we misssed your call if you tried to call the clinic today. We lost internet and phone lines around 1:00 today. We will be returning calls tomorrow as long as we have phone service. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Anyone needing a pharmacy here in Luther????

I am currently working on getting a pharmacist to come here to Luther. The pharmacists are wanting to make sure there is a need of a pharmacy as well as the preferences of the community. If you could take a few minutes to fill out this short survey, that would be great! Let’s show them we need them!!
