I ABSOLUTELY LOVE hearing all the Luther Elementary stories from the community. It seems when someone comes to give of their time, gifts, companionship, they leave blessing us with their memories.
It's the best part of my day!
Hearing which classrooms they were in, or which teacher they had. I think the conversation I love the most is finding out where the gym was when they were in school. We are so proud & blessed to be a part of this Luther community!

A few of our elderly residents have been so afraid with this shut down. They ask, what happens to us if we can't pay our rent. We assure them that as long as we have a home, they have a home.
I remind them that we have a Heavenly Father that loves them even more than we do and that He will NEVER leave them nor forsake them.
We are not afraid of the future, and I pray our residents will always trust in the Lord and know He has their backs.
(Yes, I know social security isn't being touched, however this is very scary for them).
