It was a pleasure having Dr. Vanessa Cornett speak to our students and faculty at the Peabody Institute of the Johns Hopkins University today. All artistic performers - musicians, dancers, singers, actors - crave peak performance. Dr. Cornett focused on the intersection of sport psychology and contemplative practices for performing artists seeking to manage their performance anxiety and develop greater confidence on stage and off. We all need strategies for developing mental performance skills.

Thank you Vanessa Cornett for bringing conscious awareness to our artists!
