Last week Ravens fans were over ecstatic over the potential addition of Maxx Crosby to our pass rush. He is hands down one of the best pass rushers in the game.

Yesterday, Ravens nation was completely shocked when the Ravens backed out of the trade and rumors circulated that Crosby failed his physical due to a recent meniscus surgery.

Surgery to repair a meniscus is a relatively straight forward recovery for the average person. For a high level athlete playing in the NFL, you can understand why the Ravens may have gotten cold feet with the trade involving 2 1st-round picks and a multi-million dollar contract.

The Mid-Atlantic is bracing for a serious winter weather event, with some areas forecasted to receive close to 1 foot of snow.

While shoveling the driveway may seem like a mundane task for most, it can pose as a serious threat for some.

Colder temperatures cause your blood vessels to constrict and blood pressure to increase. Even 15-20 minutes of shoveling can be the equivalent of a treadmill stress test with heart rates reaching 85% of their maximum levels.
