Trainer Tip Tuesday: “The 2% Rule” 💪
Most people think a good workout has to feel brutal to count. But research shows that showing up at even 2% effort - a short walk, 10 minutes of stretching, a few light sets - still builds the habit, protects the muscle, and keeps momentum alive on those low-energy days.

So here’s your tip for the week:
On your worst days, don’t ask “can I do my full workout?” Ask “can I do 2% of it?” Almost always the answer is yes. And more often than not, once you start, you end up doing way more than 2%.
Progress isn’t always a PR. Sometimes it’s just showing up. And that counts more than you think.

High protein, easy, and actually tastes good 👀🔥

These stuffed peppers are a go-to if you’re looking for something simple, filling, and perfect for meal prep. 25g of protein per serving and super easy to throw together.

Save this for your next meal prep đź”–

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350° F.
Wrap the green bell peppers in aluminum foil and place in a baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes, then remove from heat.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the turkey until evenly browned. Set aside.

In the same skillet, heat oil and cook onion, mushrooms, zucchini, red and yellow bell peppers, and spinach until tender.

Return turkey to the skillet. Add diced tomatoes and tomato paste, then season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Stuff the peppers with the mixture.

Return to the oven and bake for another 15 minutes.
