📝 Step 1: Intake Session
We start by getting to know you. For clients under 18, this includes meeting with at least one parent or guardian.

📚 Step 2: Information & Education
Next comes psychoeducation. We help you understand anxiety, depression, or both—so you feel informed and empowered.

🪞 Step 3: Raising Self-Awareness
With support from a therapist, we explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns to build self-understanding.

🛠️ Step 4: Creating an Action Plan
Once we’ve built insight, we co-create a plan with strategies tailored to your needs.

🔁 Step 5: Practice & Support
Change takes practice. We’ll help you apply new tools in real life, with consistent encouragement and check-ins.
