Individual members of our practice save thousands of dollars on their healthcare costs in exchange for a low monthly membership (starting at only $55). Included in your membership is access to routine, preventative care and urgent care along with savings on labs, imaging and prescription medications. Employers who partner with Advanced Optimal Healthcare can also save thousands of dollars per employee (per year) when they join our DPC with plans for employees starting at $70 per month.
