Welcome our newest personal trainer here .wellness.tampa !
Kelly is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Weight Loss Specialist who’s committed to helping women build functional strength that carries into real life. She pursued a career in fitness after realizing how life-changing being and feeling strong was for herself, and she wanted every woman to feel that way too.
Her focus is on building muscle, bone density, balance, and stability because how we train now shapes how we live later. Her philosophy is, “Muscle is the currency of aging. Having muscle now keeps us able-bodied and independent as we age.”
Kelly is a wife, mom to three teenagers, and a business owner, so she understands the demands of living a very real and very full life. Which is why her training leads with consistent habits that fit into real lives and undoing confusion around movement and nutrition. She believes in keeping it simple and getting back to actually enjoy moving and eating again!
Her happy place is being outside, mountain climbing and taking trips with her family, or in the kitchen- cooking and enjoying a great meal with family.
