❓How and when should I take elderberry syrup?
For adults, a serving size is 1-2 tbsp and for children it is 1-2 tsp. **Elderberry syrup with honey is NOT recommended for kids under 12 months old, so we offer an ElderBaby that is safe (we stayed our kids at 6 months). You can start by taking elderberry syrup daily or every other day as an immune boosting supplement. If you are exposed to or experience symptoms of an illness, it is recommended to take the same dose every few hours until symptoms subside.
❓What if my kids don't like it?
All 5 of our kids LOVE it, but if they didn't, I would simply mix it with their favorite beverage. We’ve also heard of our customers adding it to oatmeal, smoothies, popsicles, etc. Get sneaky moms & dads! It is too valuable to go without!
