Our team works closely with each patient to ensure proper treatment of existing conditions, as well as observe repetitive activities to prevent potential injuries. We also have extensive training in treating neck and back injuries and discomforts, headaches and migra

Each patient receives specific recommendations in the areas of exercise, nutrition and postural changes to aid in maintaining good health. We specialize in chiropractic and acupuncture, as well as utilize an array of treatment options including massage therapy, physiotherapy, exercise rehabilitation and nutrition. Dr. Cindy Perkins, DC, MBA, discovered at a young age the benefits individualized chiropractic care can offer after a painful track injury in high school left her sidelined and unable to perform.
