If you want to be healthy, you have to show up and put in the work. After an adjustment, the body adapts and with each adjustment they build on each other to correct misalignments in the spine. To maintain a healthy spine, it requires consistent maintenance adjustments. Just the same when it comes to physical fitness… once you hit your goal fitness level, you have to continue to show up to maintain it. Healthy takes work!
