Sherry is known online as My Yoga RN and can be found at MyYogaRN.com. She has been a Licensed Registered Nurse for over 30

years and is an Experienced, Certified Yoga Teacher in numerous forms of yoga. Sherry is also a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher and a Certified Personal Trainer who specializes in helping women on their fertility journey with her Fertility Yoga Program, Prenatal Yoga and Mom and Baby Yoga which are offered currently live and online with others going through similar journeys to becoming moms.
