Last night’s unexpected discovery:
Fresh turmeric fluoresces under UV light.

The yellow glow on my hand wasn’t nail polish or paint — it was curcumin, a naturally fluorescent compound in turmeric.
Same reason it’s studied in labs… just happening on my skin.

No additives. No tricks.
Just plants doing plant things.

Reminders like this make me trust nature (and curiosity) even more.

Running a little late on my posts. New Year’s Eve was beautiful so thankful to spend it with friends. Happy new year
