It’s about feeling safe in your body.
It’s about choice.
It’s about agency.
That is the practice.
Your nervous system doesn’t change because you “try harder.”
It changes through consistency
and experiences of safety over time.
This is where real regulation happens.
Healing doesn’t mean you’re never triggered again.
Healing means you
come back to yourself faster,
with more awareness,
and less shame.
That’s the work we do here.
