You did it Michelle! I know how much courage it took for you to stand at the front of the room and speak so clearly. I know this has brought some anxiety, some doubt, but also a lot of peace and beautiful friendships. Now, the real journey begins- applying your training, finding your voice each time you take the mat and continuing to grow.
